How does the pricing work? What does $140/M mean?
This means the cost is $140 base charge per thousand names that you want to include in your order. In addition to this, there would be charges as noted for any data selects you request (also on a cost per thousand basis or CPM), plus materials, processing and delivery fees.
Will you send me the postal list to use?
No - standard practice is that lists are delivered to a 3rd party mailhouse, and you’ll need to complete our standard List Rental Agreement before we can deliver the names. Our List Rental Agreement authorizes you to utilize the names for a one-time use, unless your project is costed otherwise. The List Rental Agreement also requires a sample mail piece to be included for approval by us.
Will you send me the email list to use?
No - to protect our customers, all emails are sent directly from our offices. You would supply the HTML file (following guidelines we’ll give you), the subject line, how you like the “from” to appear and who the test email should be sent to.
Will I be able to find out how many people open the emails?
Yes, we will send you an open/click through report one week after the email is delivered.
Can you invoice me for a direct marketing list rental?
Unforunately, no. All list rentals are payable in advance. We accept most major credit cards or can accept company checks.
